Concrete floors and ply walls create a clean, understated backdrop that reflects the surrounding landscape, while the new soft furnishings add a layer of warmth and texture. A freestanding fireplace invites you to unwind after a day exploring, filling the space with a cozy, homely glow.

The kitchen is well equipped with the basics to make relaxed, home-style meals, and the open-plan living area encourages slow, simple living, the kind that Golden Bay does best.

The home offers three bedrooms: two snug rooms downstairs and a spacious open-plan loft upstairs, where skylights can be opened for fresh air or left wide at night for stargazing. Together, they offer a restful retreat designed for easy comfort.

Important Notes
The Gatehouse sits on protected trust land: Strictly no fires, or BBQs are permitted. No pets

There is no beach access from the property. Children must be supervised due to nearby steep drop-offs.

Parking is available for up to three cars but is not suitable for boats, trailers, or campervans.
